For customers with bank accounts, recurring payments using a checking or savings account is a great option.

When will my payment be applied?

All payments are applied to Progreso accounts immediately, with the exception of MoneyGram payments, which are applied the following business day.

Who do i contact for questions about my payments?

Contact a Progreso agent immediately at 866-488-6090. Please have a copy of your receipt available for reference.

Can someone else make a payment for me?

Progreso recommends that you make your payment yourself. However, Progreso accepts payments as long as the payee confirms the account information.

Are there international payment options?

For now, Progreso does not offer international payment options.

Can I make future payments?

Future payments should be made at the Progreso store.
